The bottom tier columbarium niches are often considered the least desirable interment space of the structure. Because these niches are the furthest from one’s eye level, they are often the hardest units to sell. To solve this problem consider "The Ascension" columbarium. By angling the base upwards, the eye is now drawn comfortably downwards to a larger granite shutter allowing for greater interior niche space and more interment options. These niches add an appealing prominent feature to the columbarium attracting attention and adding value to the design. The Ascension’s bottom row niches are now the most desired.
